7. Public consultation
There has been significant public concern about a perceived failure of consultation regarding school closures, library closures and plans for a power station on a suburban site. The results of the 2005 public consultation into the recognition of same sex relationships in the ACT have never been released, despite repeated calls from the ACL during the recent law changes based on that consultation.
